2.1 The ab33 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 ab33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
2.3 You must be the legal holder of the payment method(s) used to fund your ab33 account. Third-party or anonymous funding is strictly prohibited.
2.4 It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the ab33 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ab33 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate in any specific location.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one ab33 account. Maintaining duplicate accounts is prohibited. ab33 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any bets or casino wagers placed through them.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your details promptly if they change. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ab33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify ab33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 ab33 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts subject to pending verification may have deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay functionality restricted until verification is complete.
4.1 All transactions on the ab33 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Online Bank Transfer. Accepted methods may be updated by ab33 from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 ab33 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ab33 bears no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where this is technically impractical. ab33 processes verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day.
4.4 ab33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Suspected fraudulent activity, pending KYC verification, or active bonus wagering requirements may delay withdrawal processing.
4.5 Deposits made to the ab33 Platform for the purpose of gambling are made voluntarily. ab33 does not accept responsibility for payment errors initiated by the Member. In the event of an erroneous credit to your account, you must inform ab33 immediately and must not wager those funds.
5.1 All bets and casino wagers placed on the ab33 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are displayed within each game or product interface and form part of these Terms.
5.2 ab33 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or wager where: (a) it was placed in error or on erroneous odds; (b) there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns; (c) a software or technical error has affected the outcome; or (d) the applicable game rules have been violated.
5.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or casino wager, the ab33 internal records shall prevail as the authoritative record unless a clear technical error is demonstrated.
5.4 Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studio providers under independent regulatory certification. ab33 is not responsible for network interruptions that disrupt live dealer gameplay, though affected rounds will be settled in accordance with the applicable provider's incomplete-round policy.
6.1 ab33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your ab33 wallet. Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
6.3 ab33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of suspected abuse of promotional offers — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or hedging strategies — ab33 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the ab33 Platform:
7.1 Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
8.1 All content on the ab33 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to ab33 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without ab33's prior written consent.
9.1 The ab33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ab33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.3 ab33's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 ab33's collection, processing, and storage of personal data is governed by the ab33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 ab33 may be required to disclose Member information to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, or gaming regulatory obligations.
11.1 ab33 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides Members with tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion facilities, accessible from the account dashboard.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ab33's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
